My work focuses on using local Catawba Valley clays and glaze materials local to North Carolina. Everything is hand dug, crushed, pulverized, powdered, mixed, turned, burned, and polished. While I turn traditional forms of the Catawba valley, I strive to create modern, useful, and hand crafted utilitarian wares so that it's natural for you to incorporate creativity and nuance into your daily life.
